Welcome to HAUS MEALANI CONSERVANCY's Voice Studio space. This space is divided in three parts - seasonal, anthology, and story.
Our seasonal projects are as they sound, a platform created to present work throughout each season. Each show is currently on Season 1. These shows include, Voice Memo Memoirs (poetry), م Files (theoretical voice essays), and Bite Sized Fucks Given! (colloquial commentary). The Voice Memo Memoir's print poetry version is available separately and is currently under production and distribution.
Our anthology project featured, Vox Sheherazadica, a series inspired by its print imprint (available separately) from The Sheherazadian Discourse. Each episode is inspired by each issue of the print version, where the entire episode is strung together by poems. Unlike Voice Memo Memoirs or other stories, each episode is not dedicated to a poem, but to an entire issue. We are currently on our first anthology, Sacra (latin - sacred), with 12 episodes.
Our story projects, like The Wounds of a Mother's Womb, manus cruentae, "Sfasciafamiglie!" and others are completed series, which from from start to finish tell a story, like an album or a book, by one narrator respectively. They are not part of a larger anthology, like Vox Sheherazadica, but are standalone spaces carrying their own tone, mood, narrator, characters, discourse, and dialogue. Their print versions are available separately and are currently under production.
